What is the Southfield Community Coalition?
Established as a non-profit in 2015, the Southfield Community Coalition (SCC) is a city-wide organization of homeowner, condominium and renter associations. It aims to create a cohesive Southfield community by bringing together Southfield’s 132 active associations, strengthening these associations, and helping organize those communities without active associations. In partnership with the City and its commissions and boards, SCC strives to make Southfield a desirable community in which to live, work and conduct business.

By becoming a member of the Coalition, your association will contribute to as well as benefit from:
How does a neighborhood association become a member of SCC?
After the association board determines that joining SCC is beneficial, it completes and submits the Membership Registration Form available from this website.

All associations and residents are welcome to participate in SCC meetings and activities.
